We continuously strive to improve the customer experience. That's why we're excited to announce the expansion of our shipping centers, a move designed to streamline your shopping with us. Here's everything you need to know about this update.

Exclusive Center for Special Items

Understanding the unique nature of certain products, we've established an Exclusive center dedicated solely to the handling and shipping of special items, including LSD, Acid, and Shrooms. This specialized approach aims to minimize the chances of package loss.

Faster Shipping Across Canada

In addition to the Exclusive center, we've also expanded our infrastructure to include East and West centers. This strategic placement ensures faster shipping times across the entire country.

How Your Orders Are Processed

With the introduction of these centers, the origin of your orders will now depend on the products you select. Here's a breakdown of how it works:

  • Exclusive: Special items will be shipped in a separate package.

  • East and West Centers: Cannabis items will be dispatched from either the East or West center, depending on your location and the product availability.

This means your order could come from one, two, or all three of our shipping locations, depending on the diversity of your product selections.

Don't be alarmed if your items arrive separately – this is simply to ensure you receive your products as swiftly as possible.

Maximizing Your Benefits

To make the most out of our updates, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the differences between each center. Here’s what you can do:

  • Product Selection: Be mindful of the items in your cart and their respective shipping centers. Shipping breakdowns are listed at the checkout and shipping phase.

  • Shipping Preferences: If you prefer to receive items together, consider choosing products shipped from the same center. For access to all products, select all.

How To Select Your Preferred Shipping Option(s):

To access the shipping center selection, visit any category page on our website and click on the "Change Shipping" located at the top.

From there, you can choose one or more options from the East, West, and Exclusive categories.

Upon selecting your delivery preference, you will see a list of products that are currently available based on your choice. These items will be sent from the warehouse that matches your selection, which will improve efficiency and reduce shipping time.

Tracking Your Order: Should you receive your order and find items missing, don't fret. Simply navigate to your Orders and select "View" on the order in question. If your order has been split into multiple parcels, you'll find the tracking numbers provided in your order details.

Explore Shipping Options for Tailored Delivery:

  • Same Day Delivery: For those in eligible areas seeking immediate gratification, opt for Same Day Delivery. Browse products available for swift dispatch.

  • 2-4 Business Days via Canada Post: Select this option for timely delivery within 2-4 business days via Canada Post. Discover products with a delivery window matching your timeframe.

  • 2-8 Business Days via Canada Post: Choose this option for a slightly extended delivery window of 2-8 business days via Canada Post. Explore products available within this timeframe.

Adapt Your Selection for Availability: Can't find the product you desire? Try selecting a different delivery option. Some products may be accessible on the site but not within the shipping center initially chosen. By adjusting your preferences, you open up a wider array of available products to meet your needs.
